Day 1 – Fruitful day!

Eat all fruits on the first day of your diet. You are recommended to eat more watermelons and cantaloupe. But Day 1 is a ‘No bananas’ day, so you should consume as many other fruits as possible except bananas.

Day 2 – All veggies day!

Eat all veggies you can on the second day. Stuff yourself with either raw vegetables or semi-boiled vegetables. There is no constraint on the type of veggies. For carbohydrate content eat the potato. Seriously no restriction on vegetables!

Day 3 – Fruit + veggies day!

Yes, finally it is the banana day. On day fourth stuff you can eat bananas and three glasses of milk or you can prepare a milkshake of banana with milk. This day is also a ‘soup day’. You can have vegetable soup too on the fourth day.

Day 5 – Veg + Non-Veg day!

Yes yes yes! You can have beef today. Eat lean beef with six whole tomatoes. You are advised to increase your water intake this day, as water will help to remove toxins from your body.

Day 6 – Beef + veggies day!

On the sixth day as well you can eat beef along with as much as vegetables you want. There is no restriction on quantity, eat how much you want. But you should only eat beef with all possible types of veggies.

Day 7 – Proper meal day!

Finally, apart from fruits and veggies, you can have a meal on the last day of the diet plan. You can have a bowl full of brown rice along with fruit juices and eat vegetables of your choice.

During the period of your G.M diet plan, you can also consume ‘G.M wonder soup’. It is healthy and is easy to prepare. There are no quantity boundaries for the intake of this soup. Let’s see the ingredients for making this soup – 28 oz, water, 2 green peppers, 6 large onions, whole fresh tomatoes, 1 cabbage, 1 bunch celery, 4 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix, herbs and add flavoring as desired.

Few Important tips to keep in mind –

  1. Drink plenty of water throughout the diet plan.
  2. Don’t consume alcohol rich drinks.
